Recieved a P60U from job centre

I was a self employed sub contractor but have been out of work and been on the jobseekers for over 12 months now, i was confused as to whether i would still be required to fill in a self assessment form for a tax rebate and today i recieved a P60U.
Im not completly sure if this form just states how much i've been given in benifits for this tax year or whether it's money im eligible for a tax rebate.
Can someone clear up what the p60U is for and what i should do with it?
Thanks, Leon.

If your on benefits the rebate, if your due it, should be paid automatically.
The P60 normally comes out around this time of year.0 -
The P60U is a statement of taxable benefits paid during the previous tax year.0
