Travel Insurance for Activity Holiday needed

Hello
I have booked a 1 week activity holiday with Crystal for myself and my 13 year old daughter.
We are booked for activities like: Horseriding, whitewater rafting , biking and canyoning ( scary! )
I have been quoted a price from travelinsuranceweb for £10 family to include water activities. Canyoning is not listed for some reason.
I would like to know if this is a sufficient policy.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
PS
I am prepared to take out the insurance costing £45 from crystal, I just wondered if anyone else has taken out insurance for a holiday like this before.
MAny thanks

Insurance from £10 sounds very suspect indeed and will not provide the cover you may need.
My passion is adventure in remote areas of the world. Climbing and whitewater rafting. Each year myself and a friend raft the great rivers of the world. So far, the Ganga, Brahmaputra, Tons, Satluj, Karnali, Sun Kosi and this year, in November the Subansari. If it all goes wrong in a remote area of the world, you want effective insurance. Most companies will not evacuate by helicopter unless you have adequate insurance.
If you are in need of urgent medical attention, you want to know it's going to be there for you, especially if you are 10 days from the nearest hospital.
The best company I have found, which is used by many adventurers is called SNOWCARD (look it up on the web). It provides cover for various adventure activities and is an easy to use site. Reasonable price for trustworthy cover.
Have a great time in NZ. Bob. North Wales.
