Ok, I fianlly decided to change from my rip off tariff......

Few Q's

I currently pay by pre payment meter. I will change to DD.

1. How will I get back any money I have on my Payment Meter?

2. How will I know what date the change will occur?

3. What happens if you sign up to the prixe freeze 2009 and move house?

1. How will I get back any money I have on my Payment Meter?

I don't pay by a meter but if it is anything like the times I have changed you will get a final bill and if there is any credit they reinburse you. When i moved from Scottish Power this was in the form of a cheque

2. How will I know what date the change will occur?

Your new supplier usually writes to you to tell you as from what date they will supply you with energy

3. What happens if you sign up to the prixe freeze 2009 and move house?

There is a lot of speculation as to what is best at the moment. To fix or not to fix?
