Maternity payment break & new partner earnings

Hi all
I have a couple of questions I hope you can help me with.
Firstly I am due my first IVA annual review this month - 6 months ago I moved in with new bf (I did notify cccs of this and send a new SOA and they were happy to leave my payments as is until my review). I don't want my bfs earnings to be taken into account obviously as it is not his debt and he has his own responsibilities to pay for. We half rent, utilities etc and as it is a much bigger house with higher out goings this hasn't really affected what I have left at the end of the month. What is everyone's experience of this kind of situation at review?
Secondly, we are expecting a new baby in September
now as much as this is terrific news, I will be unable to keep up my payments of £395 per month to CCCS and will ask them to consider a meternity break in payments. My company doesn't offer enhanced maternity payments and so I will only be entitled to the standard SMP payments for 9 months unless I returned to work early, which I don't intend on doing for the baby's sake and also becuase it will wipe out what I could afford to pay my IVA in childcare anyway. Has anyone successfully been granted a payment break for maternity reasons? I am hoping to ask that it starts in August as we still have baby things to buy, such as pram, cot, clothes etc!!!
Thirdly (this has turned out to be a long and ramling post sorry!!!) As i do not own my own house, but rent with bf (he does own a flat which he is currently trying to find a tenant for in a different area), and am expecting new little one (this will be my 4th child - oldest is 16) do you think I should just bite the bullet and go for bankruptcy instead??
Thanks if you made it this far and ALL advice welcome!!

If you did opt for BR at least it would be an end to your debt problems. £395 must be a lot of money to 'find' every month especially if you are going on maternity leave. If you are renting I'm not really sure what benefit the IVA had over bankruptcy in the first place. I'd see what they say at the review and make decision accordingly.
