Nationwide charges seeking and mmisuse of other account not used since January

I am seeking approx £850 pound of charges from Nationwide concerning my flex account under the hardship rules. I have written the first letter asking for the money back and have noticed an irregularity in another flex account I have that had a couple of pounds in as I was not using it. A Standing order has been set up on this account which I have no knowlege of and bounced resulting in charges. I have emailed Nationwide through there online banking system . Should I follow this with a letter as I dont want to have another account with them screwing it up like the last one?

Has anyone had any sucess in reclaiming charges from nationwide or will I have to goto court ?

If the standing order is without your knowledge and/or is fraud then the bank should refund on the basis that it is fraud. Keep us updated as to how you get along and ask the bank to provide a copy of the Standing Order form.
