Luncheon vouchers - am I missing something??

I *think* the reason these and gift vouchers go for so much on ebay is because it is a way of converting money from peoples paypal accounts to another a form of 'cash' without going via their bank accounts

cause you pay a fee when you withdraw through paypal and can take 7 days wheres the vouvher could come next day
