Luncheon vouchers - am I missing something??

Options
I've recently joined pinecone (I know, hush- hush :lipsrseal) and they sent me some luncheon vouchers. I'm slightly peeved as I have no use of them, and thought I was getting a cheque. But live and learn

Anyway, we've sold the odd voucher on ebay before and they get okay prices, however just looked on ebay, and they are selling for more than the face value

Just thought I'd ask, in case there is some kind of loophole and they are worth more than they say or something :o
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

You can use luncheon vouchers in all sorts of places (look on the back of the booklet of vouchers which pinecone have sent you). I've used mine in Tesco and Boots before.

You can also opt for pinecone to pay you to your paypal account instead of receiving luncheon vouchers.

I've asked pinecone for paypal now.
I saw the tesco thing, but we do all our shopping online (no car) so can't use them anyway. Good thinking though.

I think I'll just list them on ebay then, must be one of those odd things..

I also noticed they go for more than face value on eBay and i have no idea why. It's v.strange, i assumed it might be because people prefer to save these up for Xmas or something

By the way, i opt to have the luncheon vouchers from Pinecone as i'd just fritter my earnings on eBay if they were in Paypal, i've currently got about £32 of vouchers saved so far, which are for dire poverty emergencies or Christmas :o:D

I save mine up too, use them for a takeaway (KFC mmm) of keep them in my purse (they have mega long expiry dates) and use them when I pop in for those kind of last-minute buys, like milk on the way home, pack of sweeties etc - most supermarkets accept them (although I find you do have to explain to the checkout people that they DO accept them!)

I use mine for mega emergencies or save them for Christmas as well and I occasionally use them for a 'meal' treat to although I'm kind of tempted to change to paypal now and fritter my earnings away on ebay purchases lol!!! :)
Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!
