14 day cooling off

Do I have the right to cancel a service agreement? I signed a Customer Service Agreement with Initial on Friday but have now changed my mind. Checking their Terms there is no mention of a 14 day cooling off period - do all agreements have to abide by this rule or not? Would be grateful for any info Thanks
