    Are you already Bankrupt, or considering it? Remembering the wording of some of your other threads on the Loans board, this all sounds very dodgy. Whilst fraud is a form of moneysaving, its not the purpose of this site. How you can be bankrupt yet have 20% deposit...really think this thread is bordering on breaking all the rules and the mods may want to consider intervening

    I agree with you hence the tone of my later postings, in which I also question the ability to have a 20% deposit and be current bankrupt.

    To the OP

    If you have a genuine question regarding what bankruptcy restricts you to, or if you are considering bankruptcy then thats fine, just be honest and upfront before asking for help.

    If you tell us exactly what your situation is, then there may be guidance offered on here that is actually relevant to your situation.

    questions may sound dodgy but thousands of people are involved to questions like im asking.
