    Sammy it doesnt say what he died of, just that family wanted annonomity at present to come to terms with his death. I guess it is possible for a fit 22 year old to die, if he had too much water to drink during the race, sweated a lot and didn't replace body salts it can cause death, very rare but possibility esp in the hot weather yesterday. More likely though he had a previous condition
