Yeaaaahhh to Halifax for you but......
Booooo to Halifax for me
They have 'lost' the transaction where the bank swallowed my card and took my money and have now been through 4 different departments and am on hold. Am might cheesed off listening to their poxy music
18.24 - still on the bloody phone. they are now saying I have to go into branch and fill in a form to get my money back. Eh no! Have asked for details for the complaints team and he has gone off to speak to his manager again. He wont even give me the complaints team phone number!!!! GRRRRRRR
18.36 - finally off the phone. They took details over the phone and told me it will take 4 weeks to return my money!!!! So mad. Am going to write a complaint letter and charge them for the half an hour phone call!!!!DFW 228 LONG H 68

- Watered seed trays, turned them, and found a slug in the throwhouse  so threw that over the road
- Try and find out why my golden bell pepper is shooting its roots up
instead of a seedling - anyone know?
Grrr just got home to find a mahoosive posh slug has munched its way through a few of my toms and a few of my marigolds seedlings  and was merrily sleeping on the side of the tray, its now on the road somewhere with a headache. I think I need a plan B.....
And as for the stupid golden bell pepper  its next door neighbour has sprouted up the right way with no problems, so I pulled stupid one out at the roots, turned it up the right way to find a perfectly formed seedling has grown in the soil....so I planted it up the right way, might get the idea now???
Right off to think about plan B.....which may involve bringing the throwhouse indoors out of harms way  although plan C could involve using the copper tape I purchased today....0 -
Grrrrrrr to Halifax Angelflower
In general I find them to be a complete bunch of shoisters. They have doubled my partners overdraft by adding fees even when he contacted them for help months ago. When he went to the CCCS, after they were sending weekly threatening letters, they told them well he should have contacted us before!!
Also I had £5 for Pip for Easter that I wanted to pay into he 8% interest account he has with them, they wouldnt let me pay into that account but would let me pay into the 1.5% interest one, funny that!!!
But they have let me have 6 months off of mortgage payments and for that I am glad of.
Pip has had his jabs and is GRUMPY!!! Thankfully Calpol is on standby.Debt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T
