I used this site in February to buy AA Breakdown following one of Martin's emails but I have not received any cashback. I have tried to submit a query but the site says because I purchased over 50 days ago they cannot chase this up. I feel very disappointed about this and I think the time limit should be longer than 50 days. I thought it would have been at least 3 months. I feel that I will not be able to use a cashback site ever again because I think it is wrong that this is allowed to happen. Has anyone else had the same problem with this cashback site?

No, but it does take a long time - you just have to be patient! My RAC took from August to November or December, can't remember which. As long as it's moving towards the right, you'll get there!;)

Cashback should track quite quickly, on the topcashback website they do say if it doesnt track within 14 days then to send them a query and they will chase this on your behalf. If it doesnt track make sure you clear all cookies and i delete temporary internet files and history then close and re open my internet browser just to be sure. Most cashback takes around 3 months to become payable.

Sounds like a lot of work but i have made over £400 on topcashback by buying things i would have bought anyway.

If your claim is over 50 days old you can contact them via the general enquiries bit and explain why you didn't contact them sooner - thought it would track etc. They may still let you submit for a missed cashback claim.

I love the site. I have had a few issues (some still outstanding) with regards to cashback not tracking or not tracking properly, but I think this is mostly an issue with the retailers, not the site itself.
Most stuff tracks quickly and pays out in 3-4 months.
