Reclaiming bank charges - template letter

I'm *so* sorry for posting this, I know its been done to death
its just a very silly and insignificant question that I have
I'm not in financial harship but want to join the queue to reclaim my charges.
Just wondering how I should finish the letter off as the template is concluded with " I look forward for a full response to this letter within 14 days" -
Do I leave it as it is even though claims are on hold while the test case is being looked at? Or do I need to change it to something else?
Thanks in advance x

Leave it as it is, they will probably come back with the fact that claims are on hold but this way you get your marker in.0
