well. it all depends on your cd player, the format that would work on all players is the audio cd format, but mp3 cd's, wmp format cd's and AAC format cd's can all be accepted if the manual or box says it can.
i worked in a store that sold alot of head units so i know a bit about this:)Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -
What format is the music?
What does the car player use?
If ordinary audio CD then <copy disc>
If music on pc is mp3 then <audio disc>
These options result in a cd that can be played on any player, make sure you select 'finalise'
Doing this from memory, but should be near enough.
Use 'data disc' if you're sure the player can handle mp3 CDs.Move along, nothing to see.0 -
Some CD players (mostly older ones, admittedly) won't play CDRs at all. If what spud17 says doesn't work, try a CDRW. This also might not work, but you'll know for sure then. Unless it's the brand it doesn't like. They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0

The cars cd player is just the standard cd player that came with the car(the car is 5 years old if it helps), i have burnt cds before and they have worked but i cant remember which format i used, it could also be the cd r i used as they are cheapy ones well imation was the first cd i tried, ive tried another option on another imation and ill see if it works tomorrow0

I must admit that I use Audiograbber to convert the cd to mp3 and then CD Burner XP to burn the files to disc.

Never had a problem yet.0
