Morning all! Just about to get dressed and go for a walk down the road. Am feeling nervous so want to go now and get it over with before I talk myself out of it!
We live in a close off a bigger road that leads to a main road. I aim to walk to the end of the bigger road and back. It's lovely and sunny this morning so should be nice.
SunnyGirl, hope your dad is ok
Soappie, hope your day isn’t too boring!
Tooch, well done with your walking and walking plans
FFP, have you been doing any walking lately?
Will do flying on my return!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Morning all,
Dark and grey here, but so far managed to strip the beds and get them in the WM, taken the dog for a walk so going to count that as my FHE (full hour exercise) aiming to break the day into fullhour slots - garden, study and flying that way I hope to get through everything I want to.
Going for a FHF now 10.30-11.30, looks like it the windows and ironing for me then. till later.

Coooeeeee remember me haha
I've got a day offno meetings at all today! Been a manic week so needing this, as Wednesday which was supposed to be a day off ended up being one big mad dash. I've managed to get a washer and DW load in and started, I'm unsure what the weather is going to do (warm but overcast) Trying to decide which tip to do first......kitchen I think including find somewhere for my costco bulk buy.....
Ok kitchen list (my own)
Empty shopping bags
Move stuff off floor
Find spaces for my bulk buys.....
Clear benches
Empty DW and start to refill
Wipe benches
Clean hob
Relocate paperwork that has piled up in there
Wipe cupboards
Clean smoothie maker DP used to make milkshakes on Wednesday then left....my protest fell on deaf ears
HHC 11-11.30am to start that all if anyone wants to join me ?One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
I done it, got about half way. Stretched my legs at least, and it's very warm out. Going to try to do my Davina DVD as well cos I really want to lose weight. I know the lack of space was a problem before, but I thought perhaps if I play it on the laptop I can put the laptop in different places and see if I find a bigger space to do the workout in, instead of in front of the TV. We'll see! Going to try that now, while I'm in the mood. After watching all that suffering on the Biggest Loser yesterday, I feel I should join in and feel the pain! LOL!
I promise to fly later! After all, I will be decluttering fat!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
