    Hiya
Just a quick log in to say hello. Hope you're alright tootles....I think today is your last treatment - I hope so. Hugs to everyone else in need.

My dad had his op late last night. I've just been to pick him up and he has to go back in tonight. He's got a guard over his eye but at the moment he can actually see more light and shapes than he could (before the op his sight had gone completely in one eye). It's still early days but looking more positive than we could have hoped. A massive thankyou to everyone for their best wishes and thoughts.

Flying....erm.....well....I decluttered a sandwich on the way to the hospital last night and ... erm.... decluttered two children to school this morning....and ....erm.....ok, i'm on it now! An hour flying then i'm working, then take dad back to hospital and then i'll see what the day brings!

    Hugs to you all xxx

Piggers - I consider myself well and truly told! :p

    Good!!

The media portray Hull in such a negative light.. it is actually not a horrific place to live.. if you can avoid being pregnant before the age of 12, say no to ALL drugs, not get caught by the police, manage to find a job not occupied by a migrant worker, get the children in a school that is NOT in special measures and avoid the 1 :10 chance of having chlamydia.. it isn't all bad lol... PMSL...

There are actually some really lovely people living here that can walk upright and pronounce all 26 letters of the alphabet (like me.. and Triker!! .. though she is a migrant worker lol)

One assignment down.. and another I am just typing up the answers (after googling the questions :p)

Huge hugs for you and your Dad Mudbath - sounds a bit more positive. Everything crossed for you.

Take care Quillion, hope it all goes well for you too.

Glad it is the bathroom, ours is disgusting. Much worse than usual and I haven't a clue why. Off to make a start.

    Afternoon all

One load of washing nearly all dry and put away, including my bedding. The cats blankets have been washed and out there now and the WM has had a cleaning cycle.

Done all the bedrooms today so that's another star, please Toots :)

I've also dusted the living room and vacuumed right through downstairs. Emptied and vacuumed the boiler cupboard ready for the service early tomorrow morning.

I've made a victoria sandwich and some fruit/oat bar things (don't know what they're called).

It's a really nice day so far, hope it lasts a bit longer and I might sit out and read this afternoon (cue thunder).

Dinner is cooking so I'll do a bit of catching up :)
