Just reply saying you're sorry to hear about her loss, as a close friend of yours also died recently, so you know what she's going through... And would it be possible to have a replacement item? Or a refund?

also be a bit sneaky and check her ebay bids/buys/sales etc for the last few days,
I once had a seller whose item i hadnt received, she advised me it was because her child was seriously ill in hospital and she hadnt been able to get to the PO. after checking her Feedback I could see all her sales since mine had left feedback, and she had bought several items aswell. She got a negative from me

OMG i have just checked her feedback in the last day she has had the below. So i am not the only one having trouble with her now. The feedback was good up until now so maybe her freind did die. It still doesn't excuse poor packaging, i would have rather her emailed me to explain it would be late.

I didn't get any response from her yesterday, I have just emailed her saying sorry again for her loss and i know i am not the only one having problems with her and that she must have more important things on her mind but can i have a refund. If no reply by today then i will open a dispute.This is my signature!0 -
