Shanghai hotel

Hi, need one night for one adult, non-smoking, hotel in Shanghai at end of May, cheap as poss but not a hovel. Have seen various ones on travelsites but personal recommendations appreciated. Will be arriving into Shanghai international (Pu Dong) mid-morning, and need to get to the domestic airport on the other side of the city mid-morning next day, and want somewhere in the city so can have a whistle stop exploration of Shanghai.
