Terms & Conditions – Waitrose Prize Draw Promotion – Win a family holiday to Europe

1. The promoter is Fresh & Green. Registered office, 4 Sovereign Way, Dock Road, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 1DL (“the promoter”)
2. The promotion is a free Prize Draw and is open to all UK residents, aged 18 or over. Employees of Canvas Holidays and Fresh and Green are not eligible to enter.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. To take part in this Prize Draw you need to answer the question correctly and complete the Entry Form available at www.canvasholidays.co.uk/freshandgreen
5. Only one entry per person. Late entries, entries missing required information, illegible entries or entries which don’t comply with these rules will be disqualified.
6. The closing date is 30 September 2009 and the Prize Draw will take place between 5 and 10 October 2009. There will be one winner for each of the 5 holidays who will be selected at random from all the Participants who have correctly answered the question. The prize winner will be notified within 30 days after the closing date.
7. If the Prize Winners cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by the Promoter, that Winner will forego the right to claim the Prize and the Promoter will arrange for a replacement winning entry to be selected.
8. Five of the winning Participants in the Fresh & Green promotion will each win one seven-night Canvas family holiday to be taken before 30 June 2010 subject to campsite opening and closing dates. Each of the five Prizes includes self-catering accommodation for two adults and up to four children in a tent or luxury mobile home at any campsite in the Canvas portfolio at the time of booking to a maximum value of £1,000 which includes a return midweek off-peak ferry crossing from Dover to Calais. A holiday to a greater value, July or August dates or different ferry crossings can be booked providing the Winner pays the additional cost. Each prize is subject to Canvas Holidays Booking Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed on their website at www.canvasholidays.co.uk or in their main brochure which is available from them on request.
9. There is no cash alternative to each of the Canvas Holidays Prizes (or any part of them) and the Canvas Holidays Prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability.
10. Personal holiday insurance is not included in the Canvas Holidays Prizes, but is an essential requirement of each holiday although it is not necessary to purchase through Canvas Holidays.
11. The Canvas Holidays Prizes do not include linen hire, food, any campsite activities for which a fee is payable, en route hotels or theme park tickets or any other cost or taxes connected with the holiday. Accommodation in les Roulottes de Campagne, fairytale cottages and tree houses are not included in the prizes.
12. The Promoter and its related companies or third parties authorised by the Promoter may use the information you supply on the Promotion Entry Form to send you other material and offers that may be of interest to you unless you indicate otherwise on the Form.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion upon reasonable grounds at any time without notice.
14. Entry to this Promotion confirms that Participants have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
15. This Promotion is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it
