Swags & Tails kit from shopping channel :(

My 80yr mum bought a swags & tails kit from the Ideal World shopping channel. She taped the show and I've seen it and they make it look very easy and no doubt it will be ONCE she (me actually) has made paper copies of all of the huge templates! I am so cross that not once do they make any mention of having to do this and she would rather have paid another £10-£15 to have the templates ready to use. Of course I've been onto the customer services but they are worse than useless and because she bought it more than a month ago she can't even return it :mad:

Eeek! Can't you do something under the distance selling act? I'm sure there's something about misleading advertisments. If you've got a tape of the show you've got proof that they missold the item and you should have some leaverage.

Well 2 days of crawling round on my knees, 1 whole roll of greaseproof paper and loads and loads of sellotape and the templates are made! Lets hope it is all worth it :undecided
Is there anyone out there who has used this kit and can give an opinion or any advice?
