May / June Break with 3 month old

Hiya,
In need of some advice - we're looking to have a week's break in May or June time. It would be relatively simple but for the fact that we have a 3 month old baby so hotels and B&Bs are probably out of the question (partly because of the noise he makes although he has got better).
We're looking around East of England (Norfolk / Suffolk) or Midlands area. Any thoughts on where to start looking (i.e. what type of acccommodation) - something along the lines of Center Parcs perhaps?
Look forward to hearing ideas

Center Parcs have a sale on at the moment for May & June (although not the last week of May as that is half term) with upto 40% off quoting CPWEB in the promotion box.0 -
I'd go for self catering, that way you've got the whole house to yourself and won't be disturbing anyone if your baby has a bit of a cry.
Try sites like holidaylettings.co.uk where you book accommodation direct with the owner. If you explain you're travelling with a young baby, the owners will probably be able to put extra equipment in for you (maybe for free, maybe not) to save you lugging everything with you.
North Oxfordshire is a nice place to go. Plenty of places to go but not as crowded as other parts. You'd be within easy reach of places like Blenheim Palace (really nice place to go for a walk), Stratford upon Avon, Bourton on the Water but they wouldn't be too far away so it wouldn't make for a long day for your baby.0
