1. This Prize draw is run by TMN plc in conjunction with our partner ICM Direct, owner and operator of NewVista.
2. NewVista is a UK site and unless otherwise stated all prize draws offered are only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of TMN plc, ICM, their families and anyone else who is professionally associated with the draw.
3. Entry into the prize draw will be given for the completion of a real time survey registration form. Every time you complete a survey you will be given another entry into the prize and hence increasing your chance of winning. All valid entries will go into the draw.
4. The Closing Date for the Gift Voucher prize draw is 31-12-2010.
   Draws will take place on the following dates: 01/05/09, 01/11/09, 01/03/10, 01/07/10, 31/12/10
   There will be 5 draws for 5 seperate prizes of £50 of Gift Vouchers at a store of your choice (subject to gift vouchers being available)
   Winners will be selected at random by computer within 7 days after closing date and notified by email within 72 hours. This will be tracked using AffiliateFuture tracking and in partnership with Affiliate site owners. Owing to tracking limitations some entries may NOT be trackable.
   Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before prizes are dispatched.
   Winners may be required to participate in promotional and PR activities at the time of receiving the prize. If the winner refuses TMN plc reserve the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.
5. The prize will consist of five lots of £50 of Gift Vouchers or a cash alternative of 85%.
   If the winner chooses Gift Vouchers we will place the order and advise the winner of the approximate delivery date. If the winner chooses the cash alternative, a cheque will be posted within 28 days of the prize winner being confirmed.
6. Winners may be included in publicity material, and entry to the prize draw implies acceptance of this fact. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of each draw. Contact details supplied must include a valid email address, as this is how we will contact winners.
7. Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeit, unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after 30 days of the original draw. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The Promoter is TMN plc 2nd Floor, 69-73 Theobald's Road, London, WC1X 8TA. TMN plc is registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act and practices 100% opt-in marketing.
