I have a Binatone Big Button 510 phone and have lost my instruction booklet. 
Can anyone tell me how I can hear my messages? People tell me they have left messages - I didn't even know I had this facility! Duh!

I wasn't aware the S10 HAD any memory for messages to be left. Could the call not be answered by the telco itself? Try 1571 to retrieve!0

Used the number 1571 and got through. Unfortunately the line is so bad I can't hear/onscramble a thing. Well, it was a cheap phone!0
