Dealing with HSBC

Hi all,

I have wrote off to HSBC with my charge's list stating that I would like them back and that I am suffering financial hardship so would like them looking at now and all I got back was a letter saying they have recieved it and that it will be looked into when all has been decided in the case.

The said if I am suffering financial hardship that I should seek advice from them on controlling spending etc...

I am in financial hardship hence the reason for asking for the money back but how can I get them to look at this now rather than later, I thought if I was in financial hardship they had to look at it now.

What was the address that you got the response back from?

Im not to sure as am at work at the moment and dont have the letter with me.

All I can tell you is when I called the number in the letter for further explanation was I got a very rude person telling me that the letter was their reply and to go into a branch to seek advice about consolidation loans etc...

Is there a difference in the letter addresses then?
