30 day notice savings account

Hi I am aware that these exist,
but the ones I have looked at have the 30 day notice rule, but you can still make a withdrawal without notice, but you will lose 30 days of interest.
I would be too tempted to take the money out even if I'd lose interest so was wondering are there any savings accounts that don't let you physically have your money unless 30 days notice is given under any circumstances.
That way I would definitely be able to save
Thanks

I think you'll be hard pressed to find one, it is after all in the banks interest to have the penalty and it's what people expect from a notice account. 6 month fixed rate accounts are probably your best bet; many won't let you withdraw the money unless you have mitigating circumstances. Wanting to buy a designer suit or something equally frivolous wouldn't count
. Perhaps Cheshire Building Society?
Me thinks the better solution would be to exercise some self restrain.0
