Anyone else having problems with Citibank UK?

They are the most pathetic group I've ever dealt with. I haven't been able to access my current account for months now and all they ever do is transfer me from operator to operator at the call centre; they never adhere to the 1 day SLA they promise on their website, and they don't do call-backs despite promising.
Seriously I have never experienced such a poor level of standard and customer service -- has anyone else had problems with this group?

Yep! I'm on here to switch from them as their service is an absolute joke. I have the gold service, but the relationship manager never returns my calls and the Indian call centre won't talk to me as I have a relationship manager! They have many good points, but not enough to stop me from switching.0
