How to fill in a pond?

    Maybe they have a point though.....

    Find someone local who Does want a pond.

    Help them dig it, and use the dirt to fill Your pond.

    Not sure if you could charge them though.:rotfl:

    Maybe some lateral thinking would help? Instead of filling it in, you could make a sunken garden with steps down, maybe a seating area, surrounded with shade and moisture loving plants! Make the sides gently sloping, putting the soil in the middle, could be really pretty!

    how much would you have to skim off everywhere else to even partially fill it, then as suggested it could just be a dip in the ground.

    can you get access via a neighbours garden, would they remove a fence panel to help.
