is this pc worth the money

I've found the following pc, it costs £269 from tesco (club card points too) I'll be using it for the net & gaming (gothic 2 & 3) Total war empire, and football management, oviously i won't be expecting max settings (as don't want to pay a forture for a pc to play games on), might want to upgrade bit later on if possible.

Its a good PC for the price and should run Gothic. May struggle a bit with total war (but as you said you are not expecting max settings) but should still play it and will easily run football manager.

As long as you know what motherboard is in their and what RAM it supports you will have no problem upgrading.

The DW found this one, its more expensive at £449, but its blue ray bigger ram etc, no idea if its 32 or 64 bit version of window's, is it worth it, plus does anyone know if its 32 or 64 bit, as i'd prefer a 64 one

That will (should) be 64bit with the 4gb of memory. You can always get 64bit media and use the same product key if you wanted to.

the graphics card is pretty low end if you want to do gaming, with grahics cards the second digit is often more important than the first, for example in most games a nvida 6800 would beat a 9100 even though its 3 generations older.

that said the rest of the specs look like a decent building block
