Returning Stuuf to E-Bay seller

Recieved cordless mouse from e-bay, it was hopeless, continual faults etc, however seller refuses to refund as they say "Its not our policy" and insist on sending another one--i have been quite adamant that i want a refund. surely they are obliged to refund? Ta

Refund depends on wether it was sold buy now or auction type sale. Also how long you had the item before it developed fault.0

"buy it now" and it was faulty from day 10
