Quote for work on an old tenement building where 4 air vents to be fitted to roof/ 60 slates replaced/leading on chimney to be replaced/gutters to be cleaned and some pointing work to be carried out which has come to an estimated £680.

I'd say that sounds about right, maybe push them nearer to 600 quid and I'd be happy.0
