I just explained that I didn't get the email conf, and they asked my Full Name, Address including postcode Telephone Number and Email address.
She did say that they had a tech problem and my details went into another folder??

I gave them a call on that number today but all I got was the classic "lady you need to speak to is not at her desk" line.
Apperently they were leaving a message for her to call me back, she hasn't done as of yet. I'm not building my hopes up in getting a call. I give it while tomorrow night and see if they do.
