    Hi naz101

Check your insurance policies to see if you have legal protection on them, its usually on your contents insurance, but can also be on your credit card, or your bank account. If you can find a legal protction policy give them a call and see if they will assist you in claiming your money back.

    Good luck

please anyone? i really dont know what to do now after the initial 14 days.

any help would be greatly appreciated:confused:

It depends what you said you'd do in the letter to them. If you threatened then with the small claims court then you'd better open a claim there. It doesn't sound like writing to them again will have much effect after their previous responses.

Are they part of the Qualitas Scheme. We had a problem with a sofa once. Disputed over a year, but eventually we got £500 from Sofa Workshop as compensation agreed through Qualitas.

small claims court is your best bet. soon as they get the court form, they will pay up and dont forget to add your costs, court fees etc onto the claim. good luck.xx

i honestly couldnt say if they were part of the qualitas scheme.

what i was also thinking of doing was joining which legal service so they might be able to help?
