I am Paying class 2 National insurance as i have been self-employed since
last September,my question is do i pay out of profit or is it an expense of

NI is calculated with your tax liabilities and so is a personal expense if you are self employed not a business expense. Your annual tax liability will bge calculated as tax & NI and payable usually together.
