Nuala, sorry to hear you have been so depressed. I suffer from that so sympathise with you.

Focus, well done on adding to your pot, pay day is rather nice isn't it!

Lesley, however much you have saved is good! Some is better than none!

I've not saved anything today, have had a nice relaxing day which has done me good. Spose I'd better go and sort out what we are having for dinner!

    Hi everyone,

Hope you all had a good day today. It was beautiful here today and getting out and about in the sunshine put in me in great form. :j

Thanks Rosepink, it's nice to know I'm not alone. Hope you're getting support and that your decision about work helps.

I did lots of shopping today so lots of change. I think I must have paid for everything with notes as I amassed lots of €2s - I'm adding €8 to the pot today!:T If I didn't empty my purse straight away I know I'd only end up spending it!
Trying to spend less time on MSE so I can get more done ... it's not going great so far! :)
Sorry if I don't reply to posts - I'm having MAJOR trouble keeping up these days!

Lesley, the tension is killing me! How much have you got in there? It must be a lot if its taken 2 hours to count it, unless you are a veeeerrrrryyyyy ssssllllooooowwww counter!

I had to go to the shop this morning to get bread and milk for breakfast, so Ive got another couple of pounds to put in the pots!

Well done Lesley, that's great! You thought you only had a tenner! Sorry to hear about the bank charges tho, thats a bit of a bummer.

Ive had a count up and have got £20 in £1 coins. I will put it in the bank and pay it toward my CC. Ive only got £2.50 left in my swag bag, as I had to "buy" the pound coins from my sealed pot. But if I pay it in asap then I will have less interest on my card, so its better than having it sitting it around here.
