I prefer things neat and tidy.
On a side note, we should be able to get a netbook with a DVD drive in it at some point in the future... won't that be nice!0 -
Thank you all for your suggestions. As I'm no techie, a couple of the suggestions leave me baffled, but I can understand the USB stick process and will have have a go at file or drive sharing option.
Tanglefoot, I agree about "neat and tidy" but adding a CD drive makes it heavier, surely??Life's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.0 -
more power/costs more/shorter battery life, defeats the point again......oh and neat and tidy.... If you have some old redundant parts lying around, its midnight, shops closed and you want to save some cash for a two min job and just need a DVD drive for a one off job of installing an OS, that's what I did. How do you get Win 7 on a naked NC20 just like the OP is asking.0
