If I earn but my partner doesn't, and most of the debts are in my partner's name (although it was joint spending iykwim), and the likes of CCCS wont touch us because there is nothing left over to offer creditors (loan company and credit cards) what are we supposed to do?
We have cut back on everything that we can.
we have already had one 6 month period of paying £100 pcm with frozen interest to the biggest credit card, they won't do it again.
