Is this quote reasonable?

I want to change our bath taps (single hot and cold) to a shower mixer tap which i have got already and put up a riser rail for the shower head.
I have been quoted £130, this seems a bit steep since all they are doing is replacing two taps for one and drilling the wall to put up the riser rail, what is a reasonable cost?

When I changed my bath taps to a shower mixer tap (no riser rail, already had one in place), I was charged £50 labour + parts. I was unexpectedly charged for milage, which added £16 to the bill. Even then, the total bill was just under £130 and that was including the cost of the mixer tap and so other bits and bobs.
So yes, £130 does seem steep, it should be well under £100, I reckon.0
