Parkwise charge certificate even though I appealed

As in the title Ive just received a charge certificate even though I returned the notice to owner form clearly stating that I intend to appeal. The company is parkwise and the council is Rossendale. Will I still be able to appeal?

You need to wait for the 'Order for Recovery and make a 'Witness Statement' (formerly a 'Statutory declaration') to Northampton TEC.

Put TEC on notice of what has happened.

what date was the original PCN cos all Parkwise were invalid until recently - so easy win.

Hmmmmm. Apologies in advance for being sarchy - LOL - err - 'google' Northampton TEC?

they are 'effectively' the County Court issuing the warrants for PCN enforcement. they are helpful but short staffed recently I hear.

5th november will definitely be rubbish PCN - and will be easy to win when you get it back to that stage - cos they've recognised their own balls up!

got the OfR yet? Form for 'Witness Statement' should come with it. If you do it in timescale then it normally can't be opposed AIUI.
