Hi,
Can someone please help me?
Three days ago I loaded some more music to my mp3 (Sansa m240)from my computer. Now when I turn the player on all I can get is 'Finalizing update'
Cannot access any of the music!
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you left it on and waited..? Sometimes an mp3 player can take a while to update its library. Other than that you may need to reset it. I'm not sure about that model but there will be a simple way to reset. They can often crash just after they've been charging or updating.I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.
