Has anyone who is in an IVA managed to claim back from Royal Bank of Scotland? I have requested the refund but they have refused as I am in a live IVA, and suggestions? Thans

    Hi Bebsie sorry I can answer the question, but maybe ask your IP there advice, or ask on the reclaiming charges forum :confused:
    I do know that if you did get them paid back while still in your IVA it would be treated as a windfall, and used for the IVA.
