Thanks guys, and I do want the advice, I just don't want oh that boiler is crap or it isn't a good quote etc. A bit of info as to why someone decides a boiler is crap or a quote isn't good is helpfull. Like gasbag1602 said - I repair 8-10 boilers a day and to be honest problems with vokera boilers are few and far between but when i do get them they always seem to be crappy intermittant faults or poor installations causing faults. That explains to me why he thinks what he does about the vokera boiler.

Also Purmo are made by the same guys who make Myson, Radson and Vogel & Noot and the Purmo range has one of the biggest shares of the radiator market. Not that I'm telling anyone otherwise, but I've been searchin the net and asking friends, family, local trades people for their thoughts. I've also since started looking at peoples rads having a sneaky read of the brand name on the side and there are loads of Purmo's going about up here!

Anyway, it's all installed now. Took 5 and a half days to do the job and I'm a happy chap... for now anyway until the Vokera gives in I am told by many people that the old Vokeras were a bit rank, but the newer range of boilers have been good.
