Milton Keynes estate agents

Hi

I'm trying to sell my shared ownership flat in Milton Keynes. After trying to sell it privately on sites like Gumtree and Houseladder (even Facebook), I've decided to look into using an estate agent. I had a sale fall through at the last minute (the buyer got made redundant), so am keen to keep costs to a bear miniumum after having lost solicitor fees and mortgage application fees. If the first sale had gone though we'd have sold privately with no estate agent fees!

Can anyone recommend a good estate agent in the Milton Keynes area? I've tried searching reviews but can only find them on the large companies (Taylors, Haart and Connell who have quoted me £3,500!). I've met with Carters this morning, who were quoting £1,500 + VAT, and seemed to offer a good service. Ryan Daniel have also offered this price. The flat is a 40% share, worth approx £50k.

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!

Lucy
