my aunt is coming from new york to visit me here in london and cos shes really busy nowadays she wants me to check the prices of tickets from new york to london (not 1 way)...are there any usa sites that will display the amount in dollars and that have low prices?

You could also try the major airlines and choose your country of origin this certainly works on BA.com. You could also try http://www.hotwire.com.
