bt blocking emails.....aaaarrrrggghhhhh

HI All,
A friend has had problems with receiving emails to his bt account. I did build him an enquiry form on in his site, but as the results of the form were getting blocked by bt and thus him not receiving enquiries we decided to set up a simple mailto on his site. Now he tells me he still isn't receiving emails from his site. As far as I can fathom I think this is a bt problem blocking even mailto results/enquiries. Has anyone else encountered this problem and been able to resolve it?
