    Proof of postage only means you can claim it back from Royal Mail - but the buyer is also entitled to a refund.

    Its always 100x the cost of a first class stamp, so it was £36 but now the postage prices have gone up in April it is now £39.

    I'm completely kicking myself because I even knew that and for some reason it didn't occur to me. I would have paid the special delivery myself if I'd thought about it!
