How long after item ends, with no contact ?

Hi - sold item 2 weeks ago and have had no contact with buyer since

- I havn`t sent a reminder email or invoice or contacted him/her either ,as I was well dissapointed at the price it eventually finished at ( when others were getting 2 and even 3 times this amount - but rough with the smooth and all that )

Do you think Im still bound to this agreement after 14 days of no contact ( I think I would still be liable for feedback after 45 days ? )

It is worth remembering that the buyer can leave feedback up to 60 days from auction end, so bear that in mind. if you want your FVFs back you would need to do an NPB and that means you might jog the buyers memory and he will pay. Otherwise you lose your fees and get no relist credit.

If you relist and resell the original buyer could then still pay and do a non performing seller complaint on you as you had not completed the nPB dispute and therefore item was still available for him.

Thanks for that Soolin - I stand corrected as per 60 days not 45

It could be someone bidding from thier office at work, then they may have gone on an Easter break and not checked their emails- wait a bit longer, the last thing you want is for them to return back and pay up, unless as soolin has mentioned, you don't mind the neg feedback.
