Best PAYG in Portugal for Laptop

I am going to Portugal soon and have been advised the cheapest thing to do to be able to use laptop over there is to buy a PAYG dongle from there. Has anyone had experience of buying dongle over there? I am not techie, so it must be one that is easy to install cos haven't got one yet here and obviously all the instructions will be in portugese. Looking at advise for a dongle here most of them seem to be just put in and it installs itself
