My question is "What exactly are you covered for?". Mother today phoned up because the seam is splitting around where its stiched on the Sofa and she aint covered.
She complained about the ink coming off the sofa, again she aint covered. What is she covered for! The sofa is defo dogee, only 1 year old and she has platinum cover?
Advice anyone?>

Seems others have had problems as well.
It sshould say on the policy what she is not covered for.0
