    Bit of a weird log that. Have you recently run a system restore or rolled back to IE 7 or something?

    Download DR WEBS CURE IT
    It will auto scan a QUICK scan. Once thats done set to run a FULL scan

    combo fix set a restore point when it was running, but i have used ie 8 at all

    will doewn load dr webs cure it now

  • the Dr web scan has finished and has found 7 objects !!

    I,m not sure what to do next.

    Most of them are 'restore points'
    So dont run any system restores for a while (at least until you know you have a CLEAN restore to goto)

    UPDATE your KASPERSKY and run a COMPLETE SYSTEM SCAN
