Confused

Options
I want to change to npower but cannot find out if I switch before Mar 31st, when the price rises come in, will I be able to get my gas and electric prices capped at the present rates? I,m not thick,just totally confused.Present supplier--Powergen.

    Also there have beeen a number of articles in the Guardian and other newspapers. there was one today about whether you should opt for a fix.

    A copy of an email sent to a friend 2 weeks ago. They wanted to cap thier tariff and npower sent this back. Is it legal and binding?
